We do everything we can to prevent damage in transit, but the unfortunate reality is that sometimes, despite our best intentions, a package can be damaged once it leaves our warehouse.
If your package arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged items right away. Any photos you can provide will help us identify what’s gone wrong, and improve the way we (or our carrier) do things to avoid similar problems in the future.
Please send us an email to warranty@windowfilm.com and include your order number and photos of the damage (including packaging), so our team can get back to you asap!
