Concord Window Film guarantees our products against manufacturing defects through our limited warranty. Customers should follow our warranty claim guidelines that can be found here.

To maintain the highest quality of our product, our film is final sale. We do not restock or resell products so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any other reason other than manufacturing defects.
